So you want to be part of this great team?! There are heaps of volunteering options available between the 3rd and 6th of October inclusive. Only got half an hour or an hour to spare? No worries! Just let us know when you can make it, we’re pretty sure we need you!
All volunteers will receive a letter of recommendation, certificate, free lunch and free tee!
Volunteer roles available:
Crew: Assisting with the setting up of the stage/stalls during the carnival on 4th October or at the Iftar Gathering on the 5th.
Film Programmer: You’re a movie maniac. Help us out by ensuring the smooth functioning of the international film festival by testing the DVD players at their respective campuses. on the 3rd October. You’ve got the time? You’ve now also got the remote.
Cup of Nations Field Marshall: Ever wanted to be on the field, but not just to play some soccer? Volunteer at the Cup of Nations tournament and assist us in organizing the teams, handing out jerseys and refreshments. (Dont’ forget your comfy shoes)
Sausage Sizzle Chefs: Think you’ve mastered the art of preparing the greatest sausage-on-bun cuisines? Are you iron-man-cook material? Then amaze us by volunteering to handle the bbq stalls on either the 3rd or 6th of October.
Crea-techs: “Sound check one two mcw!” Good with a PA? “Wrikkit” Dj?, “Hey yo, make some noise!” or has MC-ing been your dream? Let your dreams come true this MCW 2007.
